    Oud Beersel adds the Chilean smoked spice merquén (made from sun-dried “cacho de cabra” peppers) and roasted, crushed cilantro to the lambic. The result is a golden beer with a clean, sharp acidity and undertones of leather and apple peel, complemented in the finish by a pleasant smoky and subtly spicy chili character.

    Lambic aged on Italian Barbera grapes. The grapes were macerated for 2 months on 3-year-old Lambic. The result is a dark red beer, with a vibrant grape flavour that lingers for a long time. The aftertaste is intensely aromatic and full-bodied.
